Cement Job Casing Calculation

Bagi mahasiswa Teknik Perminyakan atau yang bekerja dibidang Cementing sebagai Operator dan dibawahnya (Engineer kagak perlu lagi), sekedar buat belajar atau latihan kalau sedang off.. Lumayan buat ngindarin ketergantungan ama supervisor nya..

E. CEMENT JOB PROCEDURES
1.   Physical checked that the Bottom and Top Plugs can go through the Casing.
2.   Load the Bottom Plug and Top Plug into the Cementing Head.
3.   RIH 7" Casing to TD and established Mud Circulation (Mud properties should have lower PV and YP) with atleast 1 1/2 circles.
4.   Flush line and fill up line with Chemical Wash  ...... bbl (if need)
5.   Pressure test the surface lines to 2000 psi.
6.   Continue Pump Chemical Wash Flusher ........ bbl (if need)
7.   Pump the Weighted Spacer :  ........ bbl
8.   Drop Bottom Plug (Double Check).
9.   Mix & pump Cement slurry : 65,049 bbl with density 15,8 ppg ; Cement "G" 309 sx, Mix Water 39 bbl
10. Drop the Top Plug (Double checked).
11. Pump displace 10 bbls Drill Water with Cementing Unit
12. Continue displacement 64 bbls of Mud ( 74 bbl - 10 bbl = 64 bbl )
(Do not over displace more than 1/2 the Capacity of Shoe Track)
13. Bump the Plug with at least 1200 Psi above the Circulating Pressure.
14. Bleed of the Pressure and checked for mud returned in the Cementing Unit. 
( If the Float equipment doesn't hold, then pump all fluid back in the hole and shut-in the pump until cement samples set in surface.)
15. Wait On Cement or continue another program.
